The corks will start popping at 7 o’clock. For the next two hours you and your friends can choose wines from tables filled with red Meritage blends, Syrah, Sangiovese, Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc and more, including limited amounts of Semillon, Zinfandel and Roussanne.

In addition, we will be pouring sparkling wines during the first hour, then ice wines, Port and dessert wines from 8 o’clock until the evening ends at 9 p.m. These great wines come from all over the Northwest as well as from France, Canada, Portugal and Australia.

Back by popular acclaim will be the incredible, mouth-watering, 44-inch high Belgian dark chocolate fountain courtesy of Helene’s Chocolate Affair. What better way to celebrate the holidays than with gallons of luscious chocolate, your favorite wine and friends.

The casual walk-around format offers you the chance to share your finds and visit throughout the evening. This is a great program to share with a friend who has not experienced the fun of exploring different wines or of pairing them with food (and chocolate!) in a thoroughly relaxing, unhurried environment.

Of course, the event would not be complete without great food to savor with the wines. Again this year, we are thrilled to have the talented Lori Gilliam of Chef du Jour catering delicious treats she has planned to go with our extensive selection of wines.

Remember, this event usually sells out (paid attendance is limited to 235), so get your reservations in early and remember to invite a friend or two! Your entrance price covers all of the food, ten scrip for sampling your choice of sparkling and still wines plus additional scrip for the Ports and dessert wines.
