New Trade Name: SEATTLE WINE SOCIETY

Goals: Improve Marketing and Increase Membership

This is the new trade name for our Society. After listening to suggestions from our membership, the Board of Directors felt Seattle Wine Society would better reflect our mission than Greater Seattle Chapter
of the Enological Society of the Pacific Northwest.

Membership cards will carry both names, as we will continue to be part of the Seattle Wine Society. There are other chapters in Washington and Idaho and your card entitles you to membership privileges and discounts that other chapters enjoy.

Seattle Wine Society is the name we will use for informational and advertising purposes. We will continue to be an educational organization, but we want to emphasize the fact that we are about wine. We hope our new trade name can help us increase membership, thus allowing us to create new tasting opportunities for our members.
